New

GHZ WorkflowPlanner turns your customer orders and quotes into a simple field-service scheduler. For each service line, assign the employee in charge, pick the intervention date, and add a note with instructions — no separate planning tool, no duplicate data entry.

Key features

  • New "GHZ WorkflowPlanner" tab on customer orders and quotes
  • Assign an employee and a date to each service line directly from the document
  • Every planned intervention becomes a real Dolibarr agenda event — visible, editable and searchable like any other agenda entry
  • Add a private note for the assigned employee, visible on the agenda event
  • Mark an intervention as done, modify it, or cancel it (which also removes the agenda event) straight from the tab
  • One reminder delay (e.g. "2 days before") set per order or quote, automatically applied to every intervention scheduled on that document
  • A dedicated cross-document list to see all planned interventions, filterable by employee, status and period
  • Available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish

How it works

The module relies entirely on Dolibarr's native Agenda engine — no custom cron job, no separate reminder table. Interventions are standard agenda events; reminders use Dolibarr's built-in agenda email reminder system.

Requirements

  • Dolibarr ≥ 19.0
  • PHP ≥ 7.4
  • Agenda, Products, Customer Orders and Commercial Proposals modules enabled

Important — before you get any email notification

This module does not send anything on its own. Three settings are required:

  1. Enable "Email reminders" in Dolibarr's own Agenda setup (Home → Setup → Agenda).
  2. On each order or quote whose planned work you want to be notified about, set a reminder delay in its GHZ WorkflowPlanner tab.
  3. Make sure the native "SendEmailsReminders" scheduled job is enabled and actually running under Home → Setup → Modules → Scheduled Jobs (Cron module) — this is what actually sends the emails at regular intervals. Without this job actually running (via a real system cron, or Dolibarr's built-in execution mode), no email will ever go out even with the two settings above turned on.

Without all three of these configured, no email will ever be sent.
