LemonFastEdit: edit your quotations directly

LemonFastEdit makes the lines of your proposals, orders and invoices directly editable in Dolibarr. Nothing changes in your workflow: same screens, same documents, same business rules. Only data entry becomes instant.

Add your lines without leaving the keyboard

• Chained entry: Press the / key to open the search bar. Enter a product code, Tab, the quantity, Tab: the line is created and the bar is already waiting for the next one.

• No mouse required: Twenty product references can be added one after another without reloading the page.

• Favourite products & Free lines: Your best sellers are suggested first. Prices and discounts are pre-filled (type to replace them, validate to keep them). Anything not in the catalogue can be created as a free line straight away.

Edit a line with a single click

• Instant correction: Need to change a price, quantity, discount or VAT rate? Click the cell, enter the value, Enter. Totals are recalculated without leaving the page.

• Smooth navigation: Tab moves to the next cell, Esc cancels. An entire column of prices or quantities can be corrected in one go.

• Texts and attributes: Edit your descriptions directly with the Dolibarr text editor in the cell. Extra fields (lists, dates, checkboxes) can also be edited in place.

Convenience, within Dolibarr’s rules

• Fine-grained permission management: 5 separate permissions (price, quantity, discount, description, extra fields) can be assigned per user. A salesperson can therefore adjust a discount without being able to change the price.

• Native logic respected: Customer pricing, discounts, minimum prices and document statuses are retained. A validated invoice remains strictly non-editable.

• Scope: Active on customer proposals, orders and invoices (supplier documents can be enabled as an option).

Compatibility & Installation

Requirements: Dolibarr 18 to 23 — PHP 7.4 to 8.3.
Technical details: French and English. No additional dependency to install.
