SpeakDo — Use Dolibarr by voice and text from the field

Description

SpeakDo — What happens in the field ends up in Dolibarr.

SpeakDo lets authorised users act in Dolibarr from a smartphone, by voice or text: dictate a note, prepare an intervention, create a dated task or pull up a customer file, without browsing the ERP menus.

The free module links your Dolibarr to the SpeakDo service: it automatically creates your workspace on activation (self-enrolment), displays the phone-pairing QR code on the user card, and shows the service status inside Dolibarr.

SpeakDo prepares the action, you verify it, Dolibarr executes it with your permissions.

Writes rely on a closed, versioned action catalogue — never free-form writing decided by the language model. Every sensitive operation is shown before confirmation.

Up and running in three steps

1. Install and activate the module — it checks the Dolibarr API, creates the tenant identity and starts your trial. No AI key, no account to create, no credit card.
2. Scan the QR code — from the SpeakDo tab of the user card. No ERP password or API key is ever entered on the phone.
3. Test on your own data — ~45 free actions or a 30-day trial (whichever limit is reached first ends the trial), with your real customers, interventions and Dolibarr permissions.

When the trial ends, subscription opens directly from the Dolibarr module. Full service from €84 excl. VAT/year, with no user limit.

Permissions and data

• Dolibarr permissions respected: SpeakDo grants no additional rights. A user who cannot modify an object in Dolibarr cannot do it through SpeakDo. Devices can be revoked instantly from Dolibarr.
• Data minimisation: each action type has its own allow-list of fields. Free text, attachments, bank details and full histories are excluded by default when not required.
• European providers: hosting and language processing are entrusted primarily to OVHcloud, with Scaleway as backup depending on the services enabled.
• No training: your requests are not used to train or improve models.
• Your Dolibarr remains hosted by you or your provider; SpeakDo does not administer it.
