Quick installation

  • Go to Home - Setup - Modules - Deploy external module then upload the zip file.
  • The module is then available and ready to be activated.

  • Your customers can place orders and pick up their purchases on site.
  • Since version 1.4.1, you can also ship your products with automatic shipping cost calculation, stock management, and delivery tracking.

Setup is simple: describe your products using Dolibarr's public notes (they will be displayed on the sales page), set a price, and that's it. Your shop can be multilingual thanks to Dolibarr's native multilingual product support.

When a customer views a product page, they fill out the form at the bottom of the page and click the order button. The module then takes over automatically:

  • It creates the Dolibarr third party if the customer doesn't exist yet (search by email address or VAT number).
  • It generates an order with all items from the basket.
  • It automatically redirects to Dolibarr's native online payment process.
  • v1.4.1 If the customer abandons their order, the basket is saved and a reminder is sent by email.

The rest is handled by Dolibarr:

  • Upon payment return, the order is automatically converted to a paid invoice.
  • You receive a sale notification.
  • The customer receives their invoice by email, according to your Dolibarr configuration.

Selling physical products with shipping v1.4.1

OnePageBasket was initially designed for selling services. Since version 1.4.1, the module also supports selling and shipping physical products.

  • Automatic shipping cost calculation: define weight ranges (0-500g, 500g-1kg, 1-2kg...) and the module automatically calculates shipping costs based on the total basket weight.
  • Real-time stock management: availability is displayed on each product page. If stock is insufficient, the order is blocked.
  • Delivery tracking: your customers can check the status of their shipments directly from their portal.
  • "Click & Collect" option: offer on-site pickup with no shipping costs.
  • Flexible configuration: create your own pricing rules by geographic zone or carrier.

Automatic VAT rules management v1.4.1

OnePageBasket automatically applies the appropriate tax rules based on your customer's and your company's situation.

  • Intra-community reverse charge: when your customer is a professional with a valid VAT number in the EU, VAT automatically drops to 0% and the appropriate legal notice is added.
  • Sales outside the European Union: the customer's country is automatically detected and exemption rules are applied.
  • VAT exemption regime: if your company benefits from an exemption (micro-entrepreneur for example), the module applies 0% VAT with the required legal notice.
  • VAT number validation: the format is verified and validity is checked via the European Commission's VIES service.

Private catalog and reserved items

You can finely control the visibility of your items based on your customers' profiles.

  • Reserved items: some products can be visible only to specific customers, for example for negotiated prices or custom products.
  • B2B space: create a catalog reserved for professionals, invisible to the general public.
  • Tiered pricing: the correct price is automatically displayed based on the logged-in customer account (reseller, wholesaler, VIP customer...).
  • Category permissions: assign access rights to entire product categories in a single operation.

Customer reviews

Build visitor trust by displaying testimonials from your satisfied customers.

  • Star rating: your customers can give a rating from 1 to 5 stars for each product.
  • Detailed comments: they can also write a review about their purchase experience.
  • Moderation: you approve each review before publication to ensure quality feedback.
  • Display on product pages: the average rating and latest reviews are visible to all visitors.
  • Verified reviews: only customers who have actually purchased the product can leave a review.

Badges and product highlighting

Draw attention to your featured products with customizable visual badges.

  • Predefined badges: use common labels like "New", "Sale", "Best-seller", or "Last items".
  • Custom badges: create your own badges with the text and color of your choice.
  • Automatic display: badges appear both on catalog thumbnails and on product pages.

Important note: this module is not intended to replace a dedicated e-commerce solution like Prestashop or WooCommerce. Its goal is to offer a simple solution, directly integrated into Dolibarr, to sell services and products without leaving your ERP.
