Automatically reconciles Stripe payments, fees, refunds and payouts with Dolibarr accounting

Automatically reconciles real Stripe transactions including fees, subscription charges, refunds, disputes (chargebacks), and payouts with Dolibarr’s Stripe intermediary account. It identifies missing accounting operations and automatically creates the required accounting entries or deferred bank movements.

Important prerequisites

- Native Dolibarr module "Double-entry accounting" enabled
- Native Dolibarr module "Stripe" enabled
- Native Dolibarr module "Bank" enabled

Main Features:

• Automatic synchronization via the Stripe API of fees, refunds, disputes (chargebacks), and payouts, with guaranteed idempotency (no duplicates even after multiple synchronization attempts).
• Automatic generation of missing accounting entries or deferred bank movements for fees, subscriptions, and payouts, to be finalized using Dolibarr’s native “Transfer to accounting” button.
• VAT management on Stripe fees: no VAT, French VAT, or intra-community reverse charge (symmetric entries with zero net impact).
• CSV import for Stripe accounts not connected to the API (e.g. another store), from the Stripe “Balance history” export.
• Dashboard: Stripe balance, unreconciled transactions, monthly fees, pending payouts, and “Synchronize now” button.
• Transaction list in native Dolibarr format: configurable columns, sorting, filters, and tooltips (VAT on fees, Stripe identifiers, details).

Installation:

From your Dolibarr interface:
Go to Configuration > Modules/Applications
Click on Deploy / Install an external module and upload the provided file.
