Shipping one order in Dolibarr means 6 screens. Invoicing 40 delivery notes at month-end means 40 invoices, one by one. And backorders? Invisible unless you dig into every order.

📦 "Backorders" tab

The dedicated list of partially delivered orders — the ones everyone forgets — with a badge showing whether stock allows you to complete them. Three one-click resolutions:

• Backorder sub-order: a new linked order with the missing lines (prices, VAT, discounts and extra fields preserved), the original order classified delivered, full traceability.
• Close the remainder: the remaining quantity is abandoned, virtual stock released, timestamped trace in the private note.
• Customer alert: pre-filled information email listing the remaining items.

• Every validated, unbilled delivery note, grouped by customer with subtotals.
• Select per delivery note or per whole customer, floating selection bar with a live total.
• One single invoice per customer, whatever the number of delivery notes, with a separator line between batches: "--- Delivery note DN2608-0012 dated 12/08/2026 ---".
• Prices, VAT, discounts and units taken from the source order lines; traceability links invoice ↔ delivery notes ↔ orders; notes flagged Billed.
• Invoices created as drafts for review (auto-validation optional).

• No core modification, no custom table: every write goes through the native Order, Shipment and Invoice classes. Stock, triggers, traceability and accounting behave exactly like standard Dolibarr.

At 30 shipments a day plus a monthly batch-invoicing run, LogiCockpit gives you back about one working day per month.

Why not three modules at 40 EUR each?

Fair question, and it deserves a straight answer. This store offers a module to create shipments, another to track backorders, a third to merge invoices — some of them free. Each does its job properly, in its own screen.

But the time is not lost in the function, it is lost in the trips between them: open the order, go and check stock somewhere else, come back, create the delivery note, validate it, return to the list, find the next one. Multiply that by your daily order count.

LogiCockpit does not replace those functions: it removes the trips between them. One screen, no page reload, quantities already pre-filled to the maximum shippable against real stock, a barcode scanner that increments the right line, and the backorder cleared right where you already are.

Below five shipments a week, a 40 EUR module will do the job — we would rather tell you plainly. Above that, the gap widens every day.

5-minute install

Deploy the zip from Home → Setup → Modules, enable LogiCockpit (Orders, Shipments and Invoices modules must be active), grant the permissions, open the LogiCockpit menu. Optional setup: separator line, automatic invoice validation, closing billed delivery notes, default warehouse, auto-refresh.

Known limits (v1.0): lot/serial products are detected and routed to the native shipment card (roadmap); service lines follow the core setting; batch invoicing refuses to mix two currencies for the same customer (the affected notes are listed).
