TempsSupport — Phone support time tracking

Time your support calls (inbound or outbound) customer by customer, then invoice the time spent — monthly allowance included, rounding and hourly rate configurable — without leaving Dolibarr.

What the module does

• Floating button (headset icon) shown on every page of Dolibarr, whatever the theme (eldy, moderntemplate), without altering the core.
• One-click timer: search the customer/third party, choose the call direction (inbound or outbound), start the timer, enter the subject, then "End call". A new customer can be created straight from the modal.
• Persistent timer: the counter keeps running while you browse between pages.
• "Support Time" tab on every third-party card: list of entries (reference, date, start, end, real duration, billed duration, subject, status).
• Per-row actions: Invoice, Edit, Do not invoice, Make billable.

Invoicing

• Batch invoicing: select several entries of the same third party and generate a single invoice, one line per call (quantity in hours).
• Price taken from the configured product/service or from the fallback hourly rate.
• Rounding of the billed duration (configurable step, e.g. 15 min) and minimum duration per call.
• Monthly allowance per third party: minutes included each month, tracking of consumed / remaining / overage. Covered time is marked "Included" (no invoice); overage is billed at the extra-hour price.
• Per-third-party KPIs: number of entries, cumulated real duration, time to invoice.
