MailHub intercepts every email Dolibarr sends (through the native sendMail / sendMailAfter hooks of CMailFile) and routes it through the best connector you configured — with logging, an automatic rescue connection, an asynchronous queue, multi-channel alerts and a complete diagnostic center. It runs on any hosting, including shared hosting where SMTP ports are often blocked.

Reliability built in

• Sender-based and context-based routing (standard, mass emailing, tickets, password reset)
• Automatic fallback to a rescue connection when the main one fails
• Asynchronous queue (cron): non-blocking sending, atomic concurrency lock, resume of interrupted sends, exponential backoff on retries
• Auto-disable of a failing connection after N consecutive errors, with an alert

Works on any hosting. If SMTP ports (25/465/587) are blocked by your host, use any HTTPS API or OAuth connector: only outbound HTTPS is required. For high volume, enable asynchronous mode so the front-end is never slowed down.
