Recurring Invoice Price Revision — automatic yearly increase

Your subscriptions and maintenance contracts should follow inflation — but Dolibarr won't raise them for you. Increasing the price of recurring invoices means editing every template by hand, every year. This module automates it.

What it does

On each recurring invoice template you set a "Price increase date". When that date is reached, the module raises every line of the template by a percentage, recomputes the totals, then moves the date forward by one year — so prices increase automatically, every year, compounded.

Key features

• Per-template date — each recurring invoice increases on its own anniversary date, not all at once.
• Global or per-client percentage — set one default percentage for everyone, and override it on any specific invoice/client.
• Compound annual indexation — prices rise year after year; if a date was missed, the module catches up and applies the missing years at once.
• Native Dolibarr scheduled job — created automatically on activation, it runs once a day and applies the due increases. No server or hPanel cron to configure.
• Simulate before applying — preview exactly which templates are due and the totals before/after, then apply in one click when you are ready.
• Clear overview — two columns are added to the recurring invoices list: the increase date and the effective percentage of each template.
• Manual run & catch-up — trigger the revision by hand from the setup page whenever you need.

How it works

1. Set a default percentage in the module setup (e.g. 5%).
2. On a recurring invoice template, fill the Price increase date (and, optionally, a specific percentage for that client).
3. On that date, the daily scheduled job raises the prices and moves the date forward one year — automatically.
4. Prefer to preview first? Use Simulate, then Apply now from the setup page.

Compatibility

Dolibarr 20 to 23 (tested on 23). PHP 7.4 to 8.3. Uses the standard Invoices (recurring invoices) and Scheduled jobs modules (the latter is enabled automatically).
