Automatic Stamp on PDF Documents

The Stamp module automatically adds a stamp image to PDF documents generated by Dolibarr.

It removes the need to download, edit and upload each document manually before sending it to customers, suppliers or business partners.

Assignment modes

• By company: the same stamp is applied to every supported document.
• By user: the stamp depends on the user generating the document.
• By document type: each document category can use a different stamp.

How to use the module

1. Install and enable the module in Dolibarr.
2. Open the module setup page.
3. Select the stamp assignment mode.
4. Enable the required document types.
5. Upload one or more stamp images.
6. Generate PDF documents normally in Dolibarr.
