Automatic degressive pricing for Dolibarr

SmartPrice lets you define quantity-based price tiers on any product and applies them automatically when a line is added to a quote, order or invoice — no manual lookup needed.

Key features

  • 3-level price resolution — customer-specific → customer category → product default
  • Automatic trigger on quote, order and invoice line creation (LINEPROPAL_CREATE, LINEORDER_CREATE, LINEBILL_CREATE)

How it works

  1. Open a product card → Degressive Pricing tab
  2. Add tiers: from qty X → unit price Y — optionally restricted to a customer or customer tag
  3. Done. When that product is added to a document for a matching customer and quantity, the correct price is applied instantly.

Price resolution logic (highest priority wins)

  1. Customer-specific tier
  2. Customer category (tag) tier
  3. Product default tier (applies to all customers)

If no tier is defined for a product, the standard Dolibarr catalogue price is used unchanged.
