Features

The TicketStock module is designed to automate your workflow.

It automatically notifies the after-sales service or maintenance team when products are received into stock at one or more warehouses defined in the module configuration.

In the configuration, you define:

  • a user group to be notified by email: each member of this group will be a contact for the ticket;
  • The various mandatory fields for creating a ticket (Type, Severity, Group, Subject, and Content)

When a product is received into stock at one of the defined warehouse(s), a ticket is automatically created, triggering an email to all contacts associated with the ticket. The module takes into account incoming stock movements of new or returned products, whether it's a sale or a rental.

The Ticketstock module requires correct configuration of the following settings:

  • Tickets Module (native to Dolibarr)
  • Product and warehouse inventory management (Stocks) (native)
  • Users & Groups, both the module and the menu (native)
  • Dolibarr Outgoing Email Management (native)

The following modules are not mandatory but will work with TicketStock:

  • Supplier receptions (native)
  • Product returns (Altairis module)

Support and assistance

Buying this module gives you access to one year of corrective maintenance. This corrective maintenance does not include help to use the module or user support, only bugs correction, providing good use of the module as intended, and within the compatible version of Dolibarr.

Installation and updates

Download the archive .zip of the module.

  • Manual deployment: Unzip the archive to the /htdocs/custom directory of your dolibarr installation.
  • Assisted deployment : Upload the archive directly to your Dolibarr from the Configuration > Modules/Applications, Deploy/Install Plug-in tab.

The module can then be activated and configuré.

Before any installation or updates, please make sure that the module is officially compatible with your version of Dolibarr.
