Your sales happen on Shopify, your operations live in Dolibarr. Shopify Sync links both automatically, both ways, through Shopify's official API and webhooks: no middle SaaS, no monthly subscription.

Already running a stocked Shopify store and a stocked Dolibarr? Your Shopify variants (50 ml, 100 ml…) link to your plain Dolibarr product sheets by SKU: no parent or child product to create, no Variants module. One button scans the store and links everything carrying a known reference. Orders land on the right sheets, each warehouse's stock is pushed to the Shopify location of your choice, and your sheets are never rewritten.

Validated on Dolibarr 24.0.0 (PHP 8.2) against a live Shopify store: clean activation, product and variant sync, per-warehouse stock, metafields, order to invoice, webhooks and scheduled jobs.

What's new in 1.1.0

• Existing catalogue linked by SKU: your Shopify variants (50 ml, 100 ml…) get linked to your plain Dolibarr products, with no parent product and no Variants module. One button scans the shop and links every variant whose SKU is a known reference; orders and stock follow, your product sheets are never rewritten.
• One warehouse per Shopify location: map each location to the Dolibarr warehouses feeding it (one rule per line), checked by the diagnostic.
• Redesigned dashboard and screens: shop status, six flows, failures to replay, filterable log, “Shopify status” panel on product and order cards.
• End-to-end variants: your Dolibarr attributes (colour, size, fabric, leg type...) become Shopify options, and each combination becomes a variant with its own SKU and price. Validated with up to 300 combinations on a live store.
• Choose which warehouses feed the storefront: stock held in your physical shop stays at 0 online while remaining fully visible in Dolibarr.
• Custom metafields: publish a Dolibarr extrafield into a Shopify metafield (one rule per line), for example to hide the "Add to cart" button on a store-only product.
• Limits read from your own shop: the module queries the real limits (variants, options) instead of relying on fixed values, so it follows Shopify changes without waiting for an update.
• No silent failures: a product exceeding Shopify limits is reported by name, along with the attributes causing it.
• Optional conflict arbitration: master wins / last write wins / quarantine, disabled by default so nothing changes without an explicit decision.

Built for reliability

E-commerce sync is easy to start and hard to make reliable. Shopify Sync ships what it takes to last:

• Near real time via signed webhooks (HMAC) + a reconciliation cron.
• Async job queue: absorbs API limits, automatic retries with back-off, no lost order.
• Loop prevention via state fingerprint (a change you push won't re-sync as an echo).
• Configurable conflict resolution (master wins / last write wins / quarantine).
• Dashboard: queue, failures, conflicts, replay a job in one click.
