LemonPunch, the NFC time clock for Dolibarr

Employee time tracking, straight into Dolibarr. One badge, one punch, one line in Dolibarr. No middle server, no SaaS, no mandatory subscription: your hours data stays inside your own Dolibarr.

How it works

  1. The employee badges on the NFC reader (their name and the time show on screen).
  2. Dolibarr records the punch through its REST API, with no third-party server.
  3. At month end, you export the per-employee summary for payroll.

Features

  • NFC/RFID badge punching, with de-duplication by UID and a 5-second debounce.
  • Manual punch for corrections.
  • Three dashboards: employee (their week), manager (their reports), monthly per-employee view.
  • Hierarchical permissions employee / manager / admin: everyone sees only what concerns them.
  • Configurable arrival cut-off time, with a "late" alert.
  • Leave-aware: approved leave days (Holiday module) are excluded from the stats.
  • DOLAPIKEY-authenticated REST API for the device: health check, last unknown badge (enrolment), punch recording.
  • GDPR-friendly: your data stays in your Dolibarr, with no automatic external sync.

The punch device (optional)
LemonPunch is the software side (the Dolibarr module). Badge punching relies on a 13.56 MHz NFC reader (ESP32 + PN532, standard MIFARE badges). Lemon provides a ready-to-use device with a colour touchscreen, Wi-Fi, badges included and a 1-year warranty: https://hellolemon.fr/pointeuse-nfc-dolibarr. You can also wire your own reader (the API is documented) or stick to manual punching.
