SmartInter — Electronic Signature for Intervention Reports

SmartInter adds electronic signature to Dolibarr intervention reports (bons d'intervention). Collect your client's signature remotely or on-site, without any Dolibarr account required for the signer.

TWO SIGNING MODES
• Remote signing: send a secure link by email — the client signs from their phone, tablet or computer.
• On-site (tablet): a "Sign here" button opens an in-page modal directly on the intervention card — hand the tablet to your client and collect the signature instantly, no email needed.

WORKFLOW & STATUSES
• "Mark as in progress" button — records the intervention start date
• "Request signature" button — sends email with secure signing link
• "Sign on-site (tablet)" button — in-page modal with handwriting pad
• Dedicated status column on the intervention list: In progress / Waiting for signature / Signed
• Filter interventions by signature status from the list view

SIGNING EXPERIENCE
• Responsive public signature page (mobile, tablet, desktop) — no account required
• Signer reads the intervention report PDF before signing (token-secured download)
• Name + handwritten signature capture (SignaturePad library)
• Refusal flow not applicable to interventions (direct signing)

SECURITY & eIDAS COMPLIANCE
• SHA-256 hash of the intervention PDF computed at token creation
• eIDAS audit trail certificate PDF generated after each signature: signer identity, exact timestamp, IP address, browser fingerprint, document hash, handwritten signature image, certificate integrity hash
• Audit certificate attached to both the signer confirmation email and the team notification email

NOTIFICATIONS
• Confirmation email sent to signer with signed PDF attached
• Notification email sent to the Dolibarr team with signature image + PDF

CONFIGURATION
• Configurable sender email (or uses Dolibarr default)
• Configurable link expiry (in days)
• Customisable email subject and body (placeholders: {ref}, {date}, {lien}, {expiry})
