SmartPropal — Automatic Quote Follow-ups

SmartPropal monitors all your validated quotes and automatically sends follow-up emails to clients who haven't responded yet.

Key features

• 3-step automatic reminders — configurable delays from the validation date (default: Day 7, Day 21, Day 45)
• PDF attachment — the quote PDF is automatically attached to every reminder email
• HTML email templates — one customizable template per step with a rich-text editor (TinyMCE). Variables available: {ref}, {client}, {montant_ht}, {montant_ttc}, {expiration}
• Sales rep signature — the email is signed with the signature of the salesperson assigned to the quote
• Quote card integration — a follow-up history block and action buttons (Send now / Do not follow up) are added directly to the quote card
• Monitoring dashboard — view all pending quotes, overdue reminders, days elapsed, and take manual actions in one click
• Built-in cron job — automatic sending every 15 minutes via the Dolibarr Scheduled Jobs module
• Per-quote opt-out — a "Do not follow up" checkbox can be set on any individual quote

How it works

1. Activate the module
2. Configure delay thresholds and email templates in Settings → SmartPropal
3. Validated quotes are monitored automatically — reminders are sent at each configured delay
4. Track all sent reminders from the quote card or the dashboard

Requirements

• Dolibarr 18.0 or higher
• Modules enabled: Proposals (Propal), Scheduled Jobs (Cron), Third Parties
• Outgoing email configured in Dolibarr (SMTP)
