NCS Zahlungserinnerung  for Germany 

is the professional dunning module for Dolibarr. Open invoices are monitored automatically — the daily cron job detects overdue payments and triggers the appropriate dunning level without any manual intervention.

3 dunning levels — fully configurable:

• Payment reminder (Level 1) — friendly reminder, no fee, original invoice attached as PDF
• 1st dunning notice (Level 2) — with configurable dunning fee (default: €2.50), new dunning PDF
• 2nd dunning notice / final notice (Level 3) — with higher fee (default: €5.00), new dunning PDF

• Automatic cron job — daily check of all open invoices
• Manual triggering at any time from the dunning overview
• 3 operating modes per customer: Automatic / Notify / Disabled
• Personalised emails with salutation (incl. gender), invoice data and dunning fees
• PDF generation for levels 2 and 3 (dedicated dunning document)
• Gotify push + email notifications in parallel (for “Notify” mode)
• Per-customer deadlines — override global settings individually per customer
• Smart dunning overview — only shows invoices where action is actually required
• Mode icon per customer (⚙ Automatic / 🔔 Notify only) visible at a glance
• “Next dunning” column with the due date for the next level — “Due now!” if already overdue
• Dunning log: full send history with search and filter by customer and level (25 entries per page)
• Statistics page: dunnings per customer (search by name, pagination) and per month (last 12 months) at a glance

• Coloured dunning level badge on the invoice detail page
• Automatic reset of dunning level when invoice is paid

• Per-customer pause/snooze — suspend dunning for 7, 14 or 30 days (cron skips paused customers automatically)
