An elegant dark theme for your Dolibarr — free, for the whole team or just a few users.
Dolibarr ships with several light themes natively (eldy, md...) but no real polished dark mode. Many users who spend their days inside the ERP — accountants, sales reps, admin — prefer a dark background for visual comfort, especially late in the day or in a dimly-lit office.
darkmode is a fork derived from the official eldy theme, redesigned in a dark palette, with particular care given to the readability of tables, forms, lists, customer cards, invoices, and all the typical Dolibarr screens.
Why install it

Installation
- Download the darkmode.zip archive.
- Unzip it: you get a darkmode/ folder.
- Drop this folder into dolibarr/htdocs/theme/ (next to the existing themes eldy/, md/, etc.).
No installation via the Dolibarr module manager — it's a theme, it just drops into the theme/ folder as-is.
Activation (per user)
Once the theme is copied on the server, every user activates it on their own account:
- Home → Users & Groups → List of users
- Open the user
- User Interface tab
- Skin (theme) field → pick darkmode
- Save
The theme applies immediately. Other users keep whatever theme they chose.
