What the Sync 365 module allows:

  • Connect to Microsoft 365 via Graph APIs.
  • Configure the Microsoft 365 connection token per user.
  • Send emails from Dolibarr while keeping a record in your Outlook client’s Sent Items folder.
  • Synchronize full email conversations (sent and received) to maintain a history in Dolibarr.
  • Import emails from your Outlook mailbox to keep a history in Dolibarr.
  • Add a tab displaying all exchanged emails in Company, Contact, and Project records to view all interactions with your customers and/or suppliers.
  • Synchronize manual events with your Outlook Calendar.
  • Create invitations directly from Dolibarr with an MS Teams link.

Prerequisites:

Have a Microsoft 365 account with at least an Exchange Online license.
