IgonIT for Dolibarr - IT infrastructure, rack, cabling, topology and incident management

IgonIT turns Dolibarr into a documentation and operations tool for IT infrastructure. It manages devices, racks, cabling, ports, network topology, QR codes and technical or administrative incidents directly from the ERP, keeping all information linked to customers, locations and equipment.

It is designed for IT support companies, MSPs, system integrators, network installers, internal IT departments and organizations that need to document installations, keep technical inventory up to date and track incidents easily.

PROBLEM IT SOLVES

In many IT environments, critical information is spread across spreadsheets, photos, loose documents, labels without traceability and internal technician knowledge. This makes it difficult to know which device is installed, where it is located, which port it is connected to, which rack it occupies, which customer owns it and which incidents have occurred.

IgonIT centralizes this information inside Dolibarr. Technicians can review customer infrastructure, visualize racks, check connections, generate reports, print QR labels for devices and open incidents directly from the equipment card or the IGONTEK customer portal.
