Layout and visual identity

• Header band: title, reference, dates and customer reference display, with independent alignment for the title and the info lines
• Logo: standard inside the band or full-width above the page, configurable position and dimensions
• Badge / secondary logo: freely positioned on all pages or the first page only
• Fully configurable colors: band background and text, column headers, totals rows (independent), address blocks
• Typography: font (Helvetica, Arial, DejaVu…), body size, title size, band info size
• Automatic watermark on draft documents

Line items table

• Show/hide columns: reference, label, description, qty, unit, unit price, VAT %, VAT amount, amount, discount
• Column ordering for intermediate columns (positions 1–5)
• Freely configurable widths (in %) for each column

Address blocks

Free text and variables

• Custom header and footer (left / right / full width) with variables: {ref}, {date}, {client}, __USER_FULLNAME__, amounts, etc.
• Free text blocks (new in v1.4.0): add any number of blocks, freely positioned by drag & drop in the live preview — font synchronized with the template, configurable size, color, bold, target pages (all / first / last). Full variable support (__REF__, __THIRDPARTY_NAME__, __DATE_YMD__, {total_ttc}, and more)

Compliance and attachments

• Factur-X / e-invoicing EN 16931 automatically embedded in invoices and credit notes (mandatory data validation with interface alerts)
