The problem it solves

The Dolibarr line editor works, but it is built for short documents.

Local taxes, accessibility and your language format

Lines compute local taxes (such as Spain's RE and IRPF) exactly as Dolibarr does, the whole grid works with the keyboard and screen readers (WCAG 2.2 AA), amounts use the format and currency of your language, and deleting asks for a second press.

Proposal in the EasyGrid editor with sections
A refurbishment proposal split into sections: each line is typed in the empty row and saved as you move on.
Product search by reference
Type the start of the reference (or the barcode) and pick with the arrow keys; the name is shown next to it.
Last sale to the customer notice
Picking the product shows the last sale to that customer: order, date, price and discount. The cursor is already on the quantity.
Line context menu
Right-click a line to duplicate it, insert a section above it or delete it.
Several lines selected
Tick several lines and delete them at once. Deleting asks for a second press, with no pop-up windows.
Keyboard shortcuts help
Every shortcut one key away (?): Enter, Tab, arrows, moving lines, sections, copy and paste.
Proposal PDF with sections
Sections are printed in the PDF as titled bands (standard Dolibarr template).
Supplier order in EasyGrid
On purchases it fills in the supplier reference and price. It never puts the selling price on a purchase document.

What's included

Type without leaving the keyboard
Enter, Tab and arrows like a spreadsheet. After picking the product the cursor jumps to the quantity, lines can be copied and pasted, and ? shows every shortcut.
Proposals that read in sections
Titled separators anywhere, lines reordered by dragging or with Ctrl+Shift+↑/↓, and titled bands in the PDF.
The right price first time
Selling price from the customer's price level; on purchases, the supplier's price and reference. Last sale or purchase notice, and VAT and local taxes computed as in Dolibarr.
Fits your installation
Six document types switched on separately, each user decides whether to use it, columns for line extra fields, light, dark or automatic theme, and the same permissions as Dolibarr.

Getting started

Upload the ZIP in Home → Setup → Modules → Deploy/install external app/module.

Enable EasyGrid. It comes switched on for all six document types.

On any draft document, the Use EasyGrid toggle turns it on for you.

Press ? inside the grid to see the shortcuts.

Before you buy

Does it change how my documents are stored?
No. Lines are saved in Dolibarr's own tables through Dolibarr's own create and update functions. If you disable EasyGrid, the usual editor comes back with everything as it was.
How can I try it safely?
Install it on a test copy first. In production, each user can switch it off with the toggle and keep using the Dolibarr editor.
Does it work with my other modules?
EasyGrid replaces Dolibarr's line templates. If another module replaces them too, only one of the two can be shown: write to us first and we will check.
What if it does not fit my installation?
Email info@easysoft.es before buying and we will look at it with you. We would rather tell you it does not fit than sell you something you cannot use.
What happens after the 365 days?
The module keeps working as before, with no time limit. You just stop receiving new versions, and you can renew whenever you like.

Actively maintained

Version 1.0.8. Every release is tested in a real browser on Dolibarr 18, 22, 23 and 24 with sales and purchase documents before it ships, and new versions are announced inside your Dolibarr.
