PDF Factura Studio lets Dolibarr administrators design invoice PDF templates visually, directly inside Dolibarr. Build professional A4 invoice layouts with drag-and-drop blocks, named PDF models, premium starter templates, real invoice preview and JSON backup/export.

How It Works

1. Enable the module in Dolibarr.
2. Open PDF Factura Studio from the module setup page.
3. Select a starter template or create a named template.
4. Drag invoice blocks and Dolibarr variables onto the A4 canvas.
5. Preview with demo data or with a real Dolibarr invoice.
6. Generate the final PDF through Dolibarr's standard invoice document generation workflow.

Backup Before Updates

The Studio includes a Backup all action that downloads a JSON backup containing all visual templates and layouts before updates.

• Minimum Dolibarr version: 15.0
• Maximum Dolibarr version listed: 23
• Tested with Dolibarr: 22.0.2
• PHP minimum: 7.2
• Requires the standard Dolibarr invoice module.

Core File Policy

The module does not modify or overwrite Dolibarr core files. Layouts are stored in Dolibarr documents storage. Generated named PDF model wrappers are written only inside the module directory.
