El problema que resuelve

Dolibarr organises information by module, and every module has its own list, filters and search. When the phone rings or an invoice has to be prepared, the data exists, but finding it depends on remembering where it lives. At dozens of lookups a day, those seconds are the real cost.

You know the customer's name, not the invoice reference. You open the invoice list and try filters until it shows up.
The value sits in a custom field: a licence, a serial number, an internal code. The standard search does not look at those fields and the data seems not to exist.
Every user has their own permissions and their own way of searching. Some find too much and others too little; there is no single entry point.

An ERP should not force you to remember where each piece of data lives. With Ctrl+K you type what you know and the system decides where to look.

Custom fields search, including document lines

Version 1.1.0 searches header and line custom fields on customer and supplier invoices, orders, proposals, supplier proposals, contracts, interventions, deliveries, shipments and receptions. It matches the visible label of list fields and the text of fields pointing to another record.

Engine with auto-discovery of every active module's objects, disk cache with TTL and relevance or recency ranking. Configurable debounce and result limit.

Native columns plus header and line custom fields. List labels and the text of fields pointing to another record, not just the stored key.

Each user sees what their Dolibarr rights allow. External users are isolated by company and the entity filter also applies to document lines.

Copy the folder to custom/easysearch/.

Enable it in Home → Setup → Modules.

¿Qué pasa cuando venzan los 365 días?
The module keeps working. The 365 days cover access to new versions; when they expire you can keep using the installed version and renew whenever you want.

1.1.0 extends search to line custom fields and list labels. The engine keeps polyfills for APIs that change between Dolibarr V15 and V24 and an integration test covering header, lines, labels and sellist.
