What this module does

This free module is the Dolibarr-side connector. It adds sync fields to your product cards (variant IDs, marketplace prices) and provides a setup page for your marketplace API credentials. The actual sync engine runs on ERPkit's cloud platform at https://erpkit.app.

Core features (via erpkit.app)

• Product sync. Push prices, compare-at prices, weight, barcodes, and stock from Dolibarr to your stores. Smart delta sync: a 5,000-product catalog with 3 changes today triggers 3 marketplace API calls, not 5,000.
• Pricing rules, per marketplace. Markup percentage per channel (for example, +30% on Shopify, +15% on PrestaShop), optional discount for automatic strike-through "was / now" pricing, or upload a CSV of explicit prices for one-off campaigns.
• Stock sync mode, per marketplace. Send physical on-hand or on-hand-minus-committed. Looser stock display for browse-heavy channels, tighter for high-volume ones.
• Auto-match by SKU. ERPkit proposes mappings between your Dolibarr products and marketplace listings by SKU. Accept in one click. No manual linking for products sharing the same reference.
• Order import, per marketplace. Marketplace orders arrive in Dolibarr as sales orders with automatic customer matching by email, deduplication, and product linking. Pick which order statuses to import per marketplace, in your shop's own labels. Default: paid orders only.
• Shipping rules and carrier mapping. Define country, order total, or weight conditions, and ERPkit assigns the matching Dolibarr transporter to each imported order automatically. Map Dolibarr carriers to marketplace carrier names so your customers' tracking URLs work.
• Invoices, automatic. Validate and mark paid as soon as orders import. Generate Factur-X PDF/A-3 invoices with embedded CII XML to stay ahead of EU e-invoicing mandates.
• Fulfillment. Mark orders as shipped on the marketplace from Dolibarr, with tracking numbers.

Your data stays yours

ERPkit never stores your product, order, or customer business data. Orders, prices, stock, customer details all stay where they belong: in your Dolibarr or on the marketplace. The sync engine connects, transfers, and disconnects. No data retention, no copies. Change detection uses one-way hashes (irreversible, cannot be read back). API credentials and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. EU-hosted (Frankfurt, Germany), GDPR compliant, no tracking cookies.

What ERPkit is not (so you know before you install)

• One-way push, ERP to shop. If your shop is the source of truth and you want to pull prices and products back into Dolibarr, this is the wrong fit.
• Operational data only. Prices, stock, weight, barcodes, orders, fulfillment. Product titles, descriptions, images, and SEO stay in your shop, where you manage them.
• Linking, not listing creation. Your products must already exist on the marketplace. ERPkit links them to Dolibarr via the {marketplace}_variant_id extrafield; it does not create new listings on the marketplace.
