  ### Complete billing workflow

  DoliTable uses a dedicated billing workflow:

  Open → Bill requested → Acknowledged → Bill ready → Payment pending → Partially paid or paid → Closed

  Authorized staff members can:

  - request the bill from the POS;
  - acknowledge a customer request;
  - prepare and lock the bill;
  - print the bill before payment;
  - reopen the bill with a dedicated permission;
  - temporarily activate QR checkout;
etc..

  Supported outputs include:

  - browser printing;
  - ESC/POS thermal printers;
  - 58 and 80 mm paper;
  - Bar, Kitchen and Cashier routing;
  - Print Relay for cloud-hosted Dolibarr installations.

  ### Permanent table QR codes

  DoliTable creates and owns the permanent QR identity of each table.

  The QR code:

  - does not change for each new order;
  - contains no amount;
  - contains no permanent invoice identifier;
  - contains no customer data;
  - uses a random token and HMAC signature;
  - can be enabled, disabled or regenerated;
  - can be printed as a table display;
  - dynamically resolves the currently active order.

  After a table is released, a new scan can never display the previous customer’s order or receipt.

  The optional DoliTable QR technical module is required for the public mobile interface.

  ### Mobile Money with DoliPay Mobile

  Integration with DoliPay Mobile 2.0.0 or later is optional.

  The secure checkout workflow provides:

  - QR checkout activation by an authorized user;
  - temporary activation limited to one order;
  - payment amount recalculated from the Dolibarr invoice;
  - financial revision verification before payment;
  - browser return or redirection never treated as payment confirmation;
  - payment accepted only after a Dolibarr payment has been created following gateway confirmation;
  - pending, successful, failed, cancelled, expired and review events;
  - idempotent processing of replayed events;
  - automatic closing blocked when an amount anomaly is detected;
  - partial payments never release the table.

  DoliTable remains fully operational without DoliPay Mobile.

  ### Secure receipt after payment

  After a confirmed full payment:

  - the invoice is reloaded from Dolibarr;
  - the remaining balance is recalculated;
  - the order is closed;
  - the table is released;
  - the receipt becomes available;
  - a temporary signed public URL can be generated;
  - the receipt remains accessible only to the browser that initiated checkout;
  - the permanent table QR alone cannot retrieve an old receipt.

  ### Menus and daily menus

  - menus composed of multiple sections;
  - starters, main courses, desserts and drinks;
  - fixed menu prices;
  - validity-period planning;
  - availability by service period;

  ### License, updates and support

  DoliTable is available for €390 excluding tax with a perpetual usage license.

  The purchase includes:

  - the complete module;
  - access to downloads and new releases for 12 months;
  - corrective and functional updates released during that period;
  - installation and activation assistance for 90 days;
  - installation and user documentation.

  After the initial 12-month period, the installed version remains usable. Access to downloads and new releases may be renewed for €149 excluding tax
  per year.

  Server installation, custom configuration, training, data migration and specific developments are not included. These services can be provided under
  a separate quotation.
