What you can do
Construction site management — Create and manage each construction site with all the essential data: name, client from the client database, approved budget, location, start and end dates, description, and confidential notes. Each construction site is automatically numbered and has a complete life cycle (Draft → Active → Completed).

Real-time budget control — Enter tasks and materials with quantities and prices: the module instantly calculates the percentage impact on the budget before even saving. A colored progress bar shows you the status of each construction site at a glance.

Automatic alert system — Set a custom alert threshold (e.g., 80%): when the actual amount reaches it, the system alerts you visually both on the construction site card and in the dashboard. If the budget is exceeded, the alert becomes critical.

Control dashboard — A centralized view with KPIs for all active construction sites: total committed budget, amounts spent, construction sites within the budget threshold and those outside the budget, all in a single panel.

Professional PDF reporting — Generate a complete construction site summary or an analytical Budget vs. Actual report with one click, complete with a visual progress bar, breakdown by type (activities/materials), and item-by-item detail.

Integrated invoicing — Once the construction site is complete, create the Dolibarr invoice directly from the items: select the lines to include, set the VAT rate and payment terms, and the invoice is generated with one click, with a direct redirect to the document.
