Upgrading from a Previous Version

Standard upgrade (Linux servers)

1. Go to Home > Setup > Modules > Deploy external module

2. Upload the new zip file

3. Disable Stock Intelligence, then re-enable it to apply database updates

4. Done — your settings are preserved in the database

Windows/WAMP servers

If the upload shows a "Failed to copy directory" error:

1. Navigate to your Dolibarr custom/ folder using File Explorer or FTP

2. Delete the entire planningintel folder

3. Go to Home > Setup > Modules > Deploy external module

4. Upload the new zip file

5. Enable Stock Intelligence

Your settings and data are safe in both cases — they are stored in the database, not in the module files.
