Compliant with the EU Working Time Directive and the May 2019 CJEU ruling requiring all employers to establish an objective system for recording daily working time. Also fully compliant with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 (Art. 34.9 Workers' Statute): mandatory daily recording of start/end times, 4-year record retention, and availability to workers, representatives and labour inspectors. Non-compliance penalties range from €1,000 to €10,000 per worker.
