InventoryScan helps you run fast and reliable physical inventories using barcode scanning, structured with an inventory campaign (parent) and multiple batches/lots (zones/teams).

Key features:

  • Inventory workflow: Draft → Validated → Applied

  • Lots: scanning is only allowed inside a lot

  • Multi-lot aggregation (counted quantities per product)

  • Purchase valuation:

    • based on product.cost_price

    • supplier purchase price fallback when missing (configurable)

    • totals per lot + inventory + “missing unit cost” indicator

  • Stock apply modes (configurable):

    1. Overwrite (target stock = counted qty)

    2. Delta movement (delta = counted − current stock)

    3. Reception (add counted qty to stock)

  • Rollback: clean revert of the last apply (audit trail)

  • Exports: enriched CSV / Excel

  • Multi-language: FR/EN/DE/ES/IT/PT
