Every user sends from their own mailbox

MultiSMTP gives each Dolibarr user their own SMTP and IMAP credentials. Messages leave from their real address, are saved in their Sent folder and the administrator keeps control.

El problema que resuelve

When the whole team sends from a generic account, customers receive mail from an address they do not recognise, replies get mixed up and nobody knows who sent what. And if the mailbox keeps no copy, there is no trace in Sent.

All messages leave from info@ or a shared account. The customer does not recognise the sender and replies land in a mailbox several people read.
Sent mail is not stored in the user's Sent folder. There is no copy to check what was said or when.
Every server requires a different security setup. Configuring TLS, STARTTLS or an internal certificate becomes trial and error.

ERP mail should come from the person who writes it, not from a generic account.

Each user configures their server, username and password. The administrator can enforce a central IMAP setup, restrict external servers and prevent mail from leaving through the wrong route.

Copy the folder to custom/multismtp/.

¿Qué pasa cuando venzan los 365 días?
The module keeps working. The 365 days cover access to new versions; when they expire you can keep using the installed version and renew whenever you want.
