This module adds DC1 tender application forms directly onto Dolibarr commercial proposals.
From a single tab on the proposal card, you can generate a fully pre-filled French DC1 form, ready to sign and stored in the document area of the proposal.

Main features:

  • DC1 generation from the proposal card (no need to leave Dolibarr)

  • Automatic pre-filling from third party, contacts, project and proposal data

  • Support for recent official French DC1 form versions

  • Completeness checks before generation (required fields / signatures)

  • PDF export ready to sign and attached to the proposal documents

  • Permissions integrated with Dolibarr user rights and workflows

  • Consistent look & feel with standard Dolibarr admin and document models

Typical workflow:

  1. Create or open a commercial proposal in Dolibarr.

  2. Open the dedicated “DC1” tab.

  3. Check and complete the pre-filled fields if needed (representative, lot, consortium, etc.).

  4. Run the completeness check.

  5. Generate the DC1 PDF: it is archived on the proposal and ready to be signed and sent with your tender.
