Module Overview

A dedicated tab in the Dolibarr Document Management System

ExtraECM adds an additional tab to the native Dolibarr Document Management System. It retains the usual document management functionality while providing access to the module's filtering and export features.

Filter your documents by creation date

An input field allows you to filter documents directly by their creation date. You can search for a year, a month, a period, a specific date, or use a comparison to quickly find the desired documents.

Select and export your documents in ZIP format

Select the documents to retrieve using the checkboxes, then use the export button. ExtraECM automatically creates a ZIP file containing the selected documents and starts the download.
