  • Dedicated section in the PDF with title, help text and QR image
  • Server‑side caching of QR images (Dolibarr data directory)
  • Compatible with Dolibarr’s standard online signature flow no eIDAS
  • Provides substitution tokens __PROPAL_SIGNATURE_QRCODE__ and __PROPAL_SIGNATURE_QRCODE_URL__ to embed the QR code and URL in Dolibarr email templates

    A settings page:
        => Choose the position of the QR code: X = mm and Y = mm
        => Choose a color for the QR code
        => Choose whether to print the QR code on the first page, all pages, or the last page

Installation

  1. Copy the propalqr folder into htdocs/custom/.
  2. Go to Setup → Modules/Applications and enable Propal QR Signature.

Configuration

  • Enable online signature on proposals if needed.
  • Generate proposal PDFs as usual: the QR code will be added automatically.

Usage

  • The QR code points to the proposal’s public signature URL.
  • Recipients can scan it to open the signature page directly.
