Qinvoice integrates Dolibarr with SPV/ANAF for e-Invoice, covering the full flow—authorization, submission, vendor download, statuses, and logs. It follows UBL 2.1 / CIUS-RO rules, including proper storno mapping (negative quantity, positive unit price) while keeping Dolibarr’s internal flows stable.

Key features

  • SPV Authorization: guided flow with/without digital certificate (browser certificate selection, clear checklists).

  • OAuth to ANAF: Client ID/Secret, Redirect URI, token refresh, current token status.

  • Send e-Invoices & credit notes from Dolibarr to SPV with instant feedback (Accepted / Rejected / Pending).

  • Download vendor invoices by preset periods (last 7/14 days, last month, last 2 months) with one click.

  • Auto alerts for invoices not sent to SPV (1h, 4h, 1–4 days) to a chosen email.

  • Correct UBL-RO mapping at export: negative quantity + positive unit price for returns/credits, consistent totals/VAT.
