What it does

  • In-Dolibarr messaging: text, PDF and images.

  • Depending on plan: inbound replies, alerts and reminders.

  • Quiet hours 22:00–08:00.

Compatibility

  • Dolibarr 15–22. PHP 7.4–8.2.

Requirements

  • Active EasySoft Tech account.

  • WhatsApp instance linked via QR.

  • No special extra dependencies.

Setup (3–5 min)

  1. Upload ZIP and enable module.

  2. Set URL, instance and token.

  3. Scan QR with WhatsApp. Done.

Demo and plans

  • Limited demo: 7 days / 50 messages. Max 15 recipients/day.

  • After demo: prepaid bundles or monthly plan. Pricing on request.

  • Typical attachment limits: PDF ≤ 5 MB, images ≤ 2 MB.

Automation

  • Scheduled sends via cron.

  • Triggers on invoices, events, payments and proposals.

  • Templates with variables and HTML → WhatsApp conversion.

Security & GDPR

  • Token authentication.

  • Logs and messages stored in the client’s Dolibarr. Provider does not store content.
