CollabTrack was born out of a real situation we were facing in our team.

Over time, my colleagues had optimized their workflows. They became faster, more efficient, and often ended up opening and working on the same documents at the same time, quotes, orders, invoices...
The issue? We do communicate, yes, but not always at the right moment. All it takes is a missed message, a bit of timing off, and suddenly: overwritten data, duplicate entries, or lost work.

That’s when the idea for CollabTrack came up:
What if everyone could simply see who is on a document, and what they’re doing?

Today, thanks to this module, every team member knows in real time who is viewing or editing a document. One quick message is enough to avoid stepping on each other’s toes, and collaboration becomes much smoother.

Who is THERSANE and why did we create and provide these modules?

THERSANE is neither an IT service company nor a specialized module creator. We are primarily a wholesaler specializing in the sale of industrial plumbing equipment.
Although our core business is wholesale, we use Dolibarr daily to manage our operations. We particularly value its open-source nature and vibrant community.
