Sent Email Tracking

The "Sent Email Tracking" module in Dolibarr allows users to track in real-time the status of emails sent to their clients or partners directly from the system.

Main Features:

1️⃣ Tracking Sent Emails

• Each sent email is tracked with indicators visible directly in the order list.
• The interface displays information indicating whether an email has been sent, received, and read by the recipient.

2️⃣ Detailed Email Tracking Information

• When a user clicks on the tracking icon, a window opens with detailed information:
  • Date and time of sending
  • Recipient’s email address
  • Email subject
  • Number of times the email was read and the last reading date
• This allows verification of whether the client has received and opened the email.

3️⃣ Display in Orders and Commercial Documents

• Email tracking is integrated into the client order interface and other commercial documents (invoices, quotes, etc.).
• A color-coded system helps quickly identify the email status:
  • Red: Email not read or sending failure.
  • Green: Email received and opened.

4️⃣ Sending and Managing Emails from Dolibarr

• A simplified interface allows emails to be sent directly from the order or invoice.
• Option to attach files, such as a quote or invoice in PDF format.
• Option to request a read receipt.
