You can customize the sender's number with an alphanumeric one (by example, you can send a SMS from MYCOMPANY). And you can see the status of sent messages and the available credit.

SmsPubli lets you send SMS to your thirdparties from Dolibarr through the SmsPubli gateway. It also works as the SMS manager of Dolibarr: once configured, every Dolibarr feature that sends SMS (agenda reminders, notifications...) uses your SmsPubli account.

Requirements

  • Dolibarr ERP & CRM 16.0 or higher (tested with 20 and 24).
  • PHP 7.4 or higher.
  • A SmsPubli account with credit (see "SmsPubli account" below).
  • Module Third parties to send SMS from the thirdparty card.

 

SmsPubli account (registration link)

You must create the account from the registration link, because it includes our partner identifier and the account is registered under our partner agreement (our conditions and our support).

You will also find the link in the module itself, in Home → Setup → Modules/Applications → SMS Publi → Setup ("Create a new SmsPubli account" and "Click to charge your SmsPubli account").

Afterwards, copy the API key of your SmsPubli panel into the setup of the module.

 

Installation and activation

  1. Unpack the module into the `custom/` folder of your Dolibarr installation so it ends up at `htdocs/custom/smspubli` (or upload the ZIP from Home → Setup → Modules/Applications → Deploy an external module).
  2. Go to Home → Setup → Modules/Applications, search for SMS Publi (publisher ProximaTIC) and enable it.
  3. Grant the permissions in Users & Groups → Permissions → SMS Publi.
  4. Go to Home → Setup → SMS and set the Method to send SMS to the SmsPubli entry, so that Dolibarr uses this module as SMS manager.

 

Configuration

  • API key of your SmsPubli account.
  • Sender of the SMS sent: numeric value or text value (a sender validated in your SmsPubli account).
  • SMS sending simulation: tests the connection with SmsPubli without consuming credit.
  • Remaining credit and list of the last SMS of your account, shown in the setup page of the module.

 

Usage

  • A single SMS: open a thirdparty and use the SendSMS tab. The recipient is prefilled with the phone of the thirdparty (if the phone has no international prefix, +34 is assumed).
  • Several recipients: Tools → Send a SMS.

 

Permissions

Two permissions: send a single SMS and send a massive SMS. Administrators always have access.

 

Languages and compatibility

  • Available in 9 languages: Catalan, Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Basque and Galician.
  • Multi-company / multi-entity compatible.
  • Prepared for the Dolibarr 16 → 24 version range.
