CAPM Pack + Training

Namely :

• Modality of the training: 1 day, exclusively remote, for 2 people maximum, in French, passed a delay of one month following the purchase and according to availabilities.

The purchase includes :

• Access to module updates and some evolutions (find the details in the documentation, link above)
• Functional correction of the module..

The purchase doesn't include :

• Training for use
• Help with configuring and installing the module.

-> Some modules may include these benefits, this is then mentioned in the section "Namely" see above.
-> For any additional intervention: service delivery of a technician is priced at € 375 excluding tax, for half a day, remotely.

Access to the update :

• From the history of your orders: select the order concerned, then in detail under "Product" you have the link to download the latest version. The version number indicated on the link is that of your original purchase, the downloaded file will be really the last version of the module.
• In the module documentation, whose link is available above, you have access to the module update history.

Our advices :

• Need a specialist to help you? Our activity also supports our customers in the installation of Dolibarr solutions. To learn more about our services, contact us at the address below.
• Don't forget to save your data before installing / updating a module or your Dolibarr !
• If you're using another module, that can interact with it : make sure they are compatible.

• Before sending us your requests: did you consult the documentation, the tutorial and the demo? 
  Your answer may be there.
• If it's a functional anomaly of the module :
  • first, update the module (see heading "Access to update" above)
  • If the problem persists, please provide us with clear and detailed information, so that we can understand and reproduce the behavior.
    We will need : your Dolibarr version, steps to reproduce and screenshots to support. 
    Any incomplete request will be as much extra waiting time ...
