The MBI Champs Personnalisés module allows to create categories and options for products and services, and then to customize them in each commercial proposals and invoices.

The MBI Champs Personnalisés module add a ‘Custom options’ tab to the products and services pages. This tab allow to add custom categories and possible options.

The name of a category could be for example ‘Size’ or ‘Color’. The options could be ‘small’, ‘large’, ‘grey’, ‘red’ etc. The options must be written like option;price|option;price|option;price. An option is seperated from the price with « ; » and each option must be separated from other with « | ».

Example : Category : Color

Options : grey;5|white;5|black;5|red;8.5|yellow;9

To choose how to show this informations in a commercial proposal or in an invoice, the description of the product or service must be changed. The MBI Champs Personnalisés module allows to use variables in the description of the product or service like {category}.

To show the choosen option for the ‘Color’ category, we can write {Color}. To show the price of the choosen option, we can add -PRIX to the variable, for example {Color-PRIX}.

When a commercial proposal or an invoice is created, when the custom product or service is selected, a form is displayed on the page and allow to select the different options. The product or service will be updated in the commercial proposal or invoice with selected options and the total price of product and options.

The MBI Champs Personnalisés module is edited by MB Informatique SARL (SIRET: 83434236200029), whose head office is located at 120 Rue de l'Île Napoléon 68170 Rixheim - Tel. : 03 67 262 242. This End-user License Agreement legally frame the use of the services of the MBI Champs Personnalisés module.

MB Informatique SARL declines all responsibility for any viruses that may infect the User's computer equipment after use or access to this module.

The total guarantee of data security, integrity and confidentiality, whatever it is, is not guaranteed by MB Informatique SARL.

This contract is valid for an indefinite period. The beginning of the use of the module's services marks the application of the contract with regard to the User.
