Third party plus. 

The “Tiers Plus” module was designed to extend the third party management functionalities in Dolibarr. Here are the main features:

 

1. Selection of the third party type during creation:

• When creating a new third party (customer, prospect or supplier), the user can select the type of third party (individual, company or supplier).

• Depending on the type selected, only the relevant fields are displayed in the creation form.

 

2. Managing tasks and reminders related to third parties:

• When the user selects the “R2 to take” option for a third party, a list of tasks or reminders associated with this third party is displayed.

• If no task or reminder has been created for this party with a future completion date, a "MORE" button is displayed to allow the user to quickly create a new task or reminder.

 

3. Management of third-party events:

• When the user selects the “R2 positioned” option for a third party, a list of events associated with this third party is displayed.

• The events displayed must have a type “R2” or “R2 en acco” (PERSO, CALL or LEAD) and a future appointment date.

• If no event of this type has been created for this third party, a "MORE" button is displayed to allow the user to quickly create a new event.

 

4. Ergonomics and ease of use:

• The user interface has been designed to be intuitive and easy to manage third parties, tasks, reminders and events.

• Quick creation features (third parties, tasks, reminders, events) allow the user to gain efficiency.

 

This module aims to improve the user experience when managing third parties and to offer tools for monitoring and planning activities related to third parties, thus contributing to better organization and productivity.

Installation
    1. Télécharger le fichier archive (.zip) sur dolistore.com
    2. Dézipper l'archive dans le répertoire /htdocs/custom de dolibarr.
    3. Le module peut alors être activé (), paramétré () si besoin depuis la page de configuration des modules et enfin utilisé.
