→ Detailed description :

  • Once you've created at least one e-mail signature template, simply go to the list of users
  • Select the users to whom you wish to apply your e-mail template.
  • Select the desired template in the window and confirm your choice.
  • The template has now been applied to all dolibarr user accounts.
  • You can define a default signature template for your new users
  • Additional substitution variables have been added to enable you to personalize your mail signatures
