The Easya Solutions / Dolibarr add-on module Document tray displays a preview of the documents stored online for quick entry on quotes, orders and invoices, customers and suppliers, contracts, etc. Once entered, the document can be sent directly to the attached files of the file.

Bannette allows you to quickly retrieve PDFs that you have uploaded to a customizable folder (Easya/Dolibarr EDM or online storage service), view them and link them as attachments to your business documents.

 

To work properly, the module requires installation and activation of the Advanced Dictionaries module available free of charge from the Dolistore. Click HERE to download it.

INSTALLATION AND UPDATE

Download the .zip archive of the module.

  • Assisted deployment: Download the archive directly into your Dolibarr from the Configuration > Modules/applications page, Deploy/Install an external module tab.
  • Manual deployment: Unzip the archive into the /htdocs/custom directory of your Dolibarr installation.

The module can then be activated (/) and configured ().

Before installing or updating, please ensure that the module is officially compatible with your Dolibarr version.
