Email Template Manager saves you from picking the same sender and the same contacts every time you send an email from Dolibarr. You define the defaults once, the email form is filled in for you.

Features
Default sender per email template
the sender profile is preselected in the email form (invoices, proposals, orders, tickets, contracts...), so every kind of email leaves from the right address.
Default recipients per template and third party
choose which contacts of a third party receive each kind of email, or its main email address. They are preselected in the "To" field. If nothing is set, the recipients you picked stay untouched.
Email template per payment method
for invoices, orders and proposals, the email template is preselected according to the payment method of the document (transfer, direct debit, card...), for example a reminder that mentions the bank details.
One setup page
three tabs with search filters to add, change and delete the combinations. Each line shows the type of document it applies to.
Permissions
read, write and delete permissions for the setup pages.
Dolibarr core objects
works with the sender profiles and the email templates of Dolibarr core, nothing to migrate.

Installation
  1. Deploy the zip with Home → Setup → Modules → Deploy an external module.
  2. Enable Email Template Manager.
  3. Give the permissions to your users.
  4. Open Tools → Email Template Manager.
