Dolix Logistique – Mondial Relay shipping labels (Sendcloud)

Ship your parcels to a Mondial Relay Point Relais® or Locker without leaving Dolibarr: choose the recipient's pickup point on the shipment, create the Mondial Relay shipping label and track the parcel. The module works through your Sendcloud account: the business account opened on mondialrelay.fr is a Sendcloud account.

On the shipment card

• search for real Points Relais and Lockers around the delivery postcode: name, address, distance and opening hours;
• "Create the Mondial Relay label": the module picks the Mondial Relay option matching the point (Point Relais, Locker, or home delivery if you allow it), the cheapest one offered by your account, creates the shipment at Sendcloud and stores the PDF label in the shipment documents;
• the tracking number and the "Mondial Relay" shipping method are written on the shipment;
• parcel status on demand, label cancellation with confirmation.

Several parcels at once: in the shipment list, the "Mondial Relay labels" mass action creates one label per ready shipment and gathers the PDFs in a zip file.

Checks before any request: validated shipment, weight (of the shipment or of the products), sender and recipient addresses, phone number for home delivery. The recipient is the delivery contact of the shipment or of its order, otherwise the third party.

Free test mode included: ticked by default, it creates free Sendcloud test labels, with no carrier, so you can try the whole process before your first parcel. Real labels are charged at your Sendcloud account rates, and a payment method must be registered there.

What you need: a Sendcloud account (or a Mondial Relay business account, it is the same) and its API keys, your company address in Dolibarr and the weight of the products or of the shipment.

Limits: Mondial Relay only, one parcel per shipment, no returns and no multi-parcel. The point is chosen in Dolibarr, not by the customer on your website. The label price is not shown before it is created.

Secret key encrypted in the database and never shown again, two permissions (view; choose the point, create and cancel), outgoing calls to Sendcloud only. Tested from Dolibarr 19 to 24: 75 automated tests per version and a full run in the browser. Interface in French, English and German. Independent module, not affiliated with Mondial Relay or Sendcloud. Written and tested by Dolix (dolix.fr).
