Integrated workflows

  • LabQC Pro – create CAPA deviations directly from finalized FAIL / OOS QC tests
  • Calibration & Equipment Pro – create CAPA deviations from Failed or Conditional calibrations

Source records remain linked to the CAPA deviation and duplicate CAPA creation is prevented.

CAPA workflow

Open → Investigation → CAPA → Effectiveness → Closed

A deviation cannot be closed until the effectiveness check has been completed and an effectiveness status has been selected.
