Odoo Payroll brings payroll management directly into Dolibarr. Inspired by Odoo’s Payroll module and the OCA Payroll workflow, it adopts their core concepts: payroll contracts, calculation rules, rule categories, salary structures, individual payslips and batch processing.

Define your salary components using fixed amounts, percentages or formulas, then organize them into reusable salary structures. Associate each employee with a payroll contract specifying their wage, working hours, department and applicable salary structure.

Create payslips individually or process them in batches for a selected period. Calculate salary components, review the results, validate payslips and generate PDF documents. Integration with the Dolibarr Salaries module allows you to prepare salary payments and track their payment status.

Developed by 01 Consulting, Odoo Payroll adapts this approach to payroll management for the Dolibarr environment, with a configurable calculation engine tailored to your organization’s payroll rules.

• Data imports: Import salary rule categories, rules, structures and structure-to-rule associations using Dolibarr's import tools.

Requirements:

Requires Dolibarr 18.0 or later, PHP 7.4 or later and the Users and Salaries modules. Employee records must be created as internal Dolibarr users, with payroll contracts and salary structures configured before generating payslips.

Salary rules, contribution rates and tax formulas must be configured and validated according to the payroll requirements applicable to your organization.
