RexelSync updates existing Rexel supplier purchase price records in Dolibarr. Access the net prices returned for your customer account and the supplier availability retrieved during the latest synchronization, directly within your daily workspace.

Before purchasing

A Rexel France customer account and authorized access to the Discovery pack price and stock APIs are required. Configuration requires OAuth2 credentials, a subscription key and a customer account number. Confirm API access terms and any additional service cost with Rexel before purchasing. This external service is not included in the module price.

Products and their Rexel supplier price records must already exist in Dolibarr. Matching uses the supplier reference: for example, TRM85851 maps to manufacturer code TRM and commercial reference 85851. This module is not a full Rexel catalogue import.

Displayed stock reflects the last synchronization. It does not reserve goods or represent stock in your own warehouses. Global synchronization processes all Rexel supplier price records, regardless of the displayed filters.

Compatibility and requirements

• Dolibarr: 20.0.0 to 24.0.*.
• PHP: 8.0 to 8.5, with the cURL extension.
• Database: MySQL or MariaDB.
• Native Products/Services and Suppliers modules required. Scheduled Jobs is needed for automation.
• Outbound HTTPS access to Rexel and its authentication service.
• Module interface available in French and English.

Getting started

1. Deploy the ZIP through Dolibarr’s external module management and enable RexelSync.
2. Link your Rexel supplier and configure API access in the module settings.
3. Check supplier references and run an initial synchronization on one record.
4. Review the results, then use batch processing or enable the scheduled job.
