Key Function
- To record, list, and visualize the impact of purchasing costs (shipping, insurance, customs, etc.) on total amounts related to supplier orders.
- Track and report exchange rate information for expense lines with multi-currency support, without dealing with complex calculations.
Main Features
- Order Card
- The "Additional Costs" table is shown on the card.
- Visible Columns: Description | Date | Unit Price (reference currency) | Old Exchange Rate | Exchange Rate | Unit Price (document currency) | Quantity | Total.
- Row deletion/editing functions are preserved; editing indexes are updated according to the new column order.
- Supplier Order List Integration
- A stylish expense panel that opens with a “+ / −” trigger on each order line.
- The panel uses the same column layout and shows the total costs.
- The “+” symbol is hidden while data is loading, and a small loading animation is added next to it; if successful, it returns as “−”.
- Multiple Currency and Exchange Rate Tracking
- For expense items, the reference unit price + currency, the order currency, and the applicable exchange rate information are stored.
- The difference between the old and new exchange rates can be tracked after the update.
- Multi-company compatible (depending on the Multi Company module)
- Compatibility with all current versions
- Other multi-company modules are DAM compatible.
- Automatic Exchange Rate Update (Source: European Central Bank)
- Cross rates, currency conversion rates, and exchange rate information for all provided date ranges.
